Xi’an International Heavy Industries Management Company is involved in the investment and development of a multi-product petrochemical complex in the vicinity of its steel complex.

The Petrochemical Complex is using imported gas/oil (mainly from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan) and locally supplied raw material to produce high value downstream products; taking advantage of low cost raw material and advance technology to produce the products needed for local and international markets. In addition to the plants, our company is investing in the infrastructure/ancillary plants such as: Oxygen/Hydrogen plants, Lime Stone Plants, and Water Treatment Plants.

The Company is now in the phase of design and engineering, and soon construction, of the following plant complexes:

• De-Sulfurization Plant for imported Oil and Gas
• Sulfuric Acid Plant
• Phosphoric Acid / PPA + Al2F3 + I
• HDPE / LLDPE / PDH / PolyOl / PP
• Oxychlorination / VCM / PVC
• Poly Propylene / Acrylic Acid / Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) complex based on imported Methanol
